湖南省大学生创业自我效能感的相关因素研究

摘要
为落实国家创新驱动发展战略,该文通过构建以大学生创业自我效能感、创业教育、创业政策、创业资金作为变量的结构方程模型,探讨创业教育、创业政策、创业资金对大学生创业自我效能感的影响,发现三项变量均有利于提升大学生创业自我效能感,能为高等院校创新创业教育改革提供理论依据,从而进一步缓解高校毕业生就业压力.
Abstract
In order to implement the national strategy of implementing innovation-driven development,this paper constructs the influence of a structural equation model with entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurship funds on college students by constructing a structural equation model with entrepreneurship self-efficacy,entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurship funds as variables,and finds that all three variables are conducive to improving entrepreneurship self-efficacy of college students,expecting to provide a theoretical basis for innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher education institutions.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions,so as to further alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates.
