基于数控加工虚拟仿真的实践教学课程研究——以南京邮电大学加工中心模块教学为例

针对目前大多数高校工程训练中心的大型加工中心设备数量有限,尤其是高端多轴数控设备资源匮乏的现状,该文提出了借助国产CAXA制造工程师数控编程软件进行创意模型创建、实际加工虚拟仿真、NC程序生成以及现场加工这一教学思路。该教学模式仿真与实操相结合,增加了学生的知识空间感和代入感,激发了学生对课程学习的动力,高效利用了有限的教学资源,有效解决了金工实习学习中人多、设备少等问题,取得了较好的实践教学效果。
Research on Practical Teaching Curriculum Based on Virtual Simulation of CNC Machining—Taking the Teaching of the Processing Center Module at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example
In response to the limited number of large-scale machining center equipment in most engineering training centers in universities,especially the shortage of high-end multi-axis CNC equipment resources,this article proposes a teaching idea of using domestic CAXA manufacturing engineer CNC programming software for creative model creation,actual machining virtual simulation,NC program generation,and on-site machining.The combination of simulation and practical operation in this teaching mode increases students'sense of knowledge space and immersion,stimulates their motivation for course learning,efficiently utilizes limited teaching resources,effectively solves the problem of more people and less equipment in metalworking internship learning,and achieves good practical teaching results.
