地方应用型本科院校创新型人才培养体系探索与实践——以成都信息工程大学测绘地理信息类专业为例

在大力推进创新型国家建设的背景下,创新型人才培养已成为当前高校教育改革的重要任务,其中地方应用型本科院校面临更大的挑战。该文以成都信息工程大学测绘地理信息类专业为例,凸显大气与测绘地理信息类专业学科交叉特色,构建以"学科竞赛+'双创'项目"为驱动、校企联合的"六位一体"的创新型人才培养模式,并通过创新成果的多种形式展现及转化保障培养模式的良性运作。通过近年的初步实践,取得了显著的成果。
Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talent Cultivation System in Local Application-Oriented Universities—Taking Surveying and Geoinformation Majors in Chengdu University of Information Technology as an Example
With the background of vigorously advance the construction of an innovative country,the innovative talent training has become an important task in the current college education reform,in which local application-oriented universities are facing more challenges.This paper constructs a relatively complete innovative talent cultivation system based on Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information of Chengdu University of Information Technology,which has highly interdisciplinary characteristics of atmospheric science.Taking discipline competition and College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Programs(CSIETPs)as the breakthrough point,the innovative talent cultivation system forms"six in one"training mode,and emphasizes the fulfillment and transformation of innovation achievements.The practice proved that it has obtained the very good effect,which will provide some references for carrying out the related research in the future.
