This article takes Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities as an example to explore the construction and optimization of the internal quality assurance system for graduate education in local universities based on the TQM concept.By establishing quality standards suitable for the actual situation of graduate education in local universities,establishing a quality management system with full participation,adopting scientific data analysis methods and strengthening information construction,achieving quality management informatization,strengthening education and teaching reform,and continuously improving the quality of graduate education,measures have been taken to provide some experience and ideas for the construction of the internal quality assurance system of graduate education in local universities.
