Pharmaceutical engineering is a comprehensive and highly practical discipline that involves multiple fields such as pharmacy,chemical engineering,and management.The rapid development of scientific and technological innovation puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents.This paper introduces the general situation of the development of Pharmaceutical Engineering in China,looks forward to the future development trend of pharmaceutical engineering and the requirements for talents,and puts forward some reform ideas on the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents,such as adjusting the talent training objectives,optimizing the curriculum system,reforming the teaching mode,strengthening the teaching staff and perfecting the examination methods.
