中文摘要：具有逻辑性、条理性的临床思维的建立,是医学生成功转变为临床医生的核心和关键,如何培训医学生的临床思维是当前医学教育的热点课题.成果导向为医学教育领域的主流理念,该文基于DxR(Diagnosis&Reasoning Clinician,简称"DxR")的临床思维训练,以学习成果为导向,通过修订课程教学目标、优化教学内容、改革教学方法、重构教学评价体系来推进课程改革,培养学生临床思维能力,值得在以后的教学中进一步推广.

外文摘要：The establishment of correct,logical,and organized clinical thinking is the core and key to the successful trans-formation of medical students into clinical doctors.How to train medical students'clinical thinking is a hot topic in current medical education,and results oriented is the main concept in the field of medical education.Based on DxR clinical thinking training,learning results oriented,by revising course teaching objectives and optimizing teaching content reforming teaching methods and reconstructing teaching evaluation systems to promote curriculum reform and cultivate students'clinical thinking abilities is worth further promoting in future teaching.
