Exploration and Practice of Enhancing the Innovation Ability of PhD Students in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science through Multidisciplinary Integration
The field of animal nutrition and feed science has experienced notable advancements in recent decades,owing to the ongoing advancements in science and technology.In order to effectively respond to the evolving demands of technological innovation in the contemporary era of development,it is imperative to foster individuals who possess innovative cognitive processes and possess the capacity to address complex challenges through interdisciplinary approaches.Doctoral students,possessing excep-tional expertise and proficiency,play a pivotal role in advancing technological innovation across diverse fields within our nation.The field of animal nutrition and feed science exhibits clear potential for integration with various other disciplines.By effectively harnessing interdisciplinary knowledge and methodologies,doctoral students in this field can enhance their capacity for innovation.The development of doctoral courses and the encouragement of interdisciplinary research skills driven by individual interests,along with the provision of academic support through the guidance of interdisciplinary experts and the facilitation of interdisci-plinary academic exchanges,hold substantial value and importance in augmenting the innovative capacities of doctoral candidates in the field of animal nutrition and feed science.These initiatives have been found to be advantageous in enhancing the quality of doctoral training in the domain of animal nutrition and feed science,while also promoting the the high-quality advancement of this discipline within the context of new agricultural sciences.
