外文摘要：With industrial development becoming a new driving force for socio-economic development,the development of vocational education is facing tremendous changes.Building a high-quality new business vocational education teaching innovation team is an important measure to meet the needs of cultivating high-quality talents that meet the high-quality development and innovation needs of the industry.This article analyzes the connotation of the new business vocational education teaching innovation team,deeply analyzes the problems that exist in the construction,and proposes that the development of the new business vocational education teaching innovation team can rely on the construction of modern industrial colleges to improve the team structure;Promote the construction of team professional connotation;Enhance the team's social service capabilities;Establish an efficient team operation mechanism;Establish a reasonable evaluation system and other cultivation paths,comprehensively improve the overall teaching and research level of teachers,and accelerate the achievement of high-quality team development.
