高职学生科技创新研究——以"中国首创超支化水性聚氨酯新材料研究"项目为例

项目目的是提升水性聚氨酯的性能,满足市场对于水性聚氨酯更高性能的需求,在耐高温防腐蚀方面获得突破性提升.研究的基本思路为:以水为介质,利用超支化技术接枝共聚有机氟,进行超支化反应,在超支化过程中引入有机氟与碳纳米管,提高其疏水性,赋予其防腐蚀耐高温性能.从合成原料与添加物去寻找解决方案,利用稳定的合成技术,引入具有耐高温防腐蚀性能的物质,共同作用制造水性聚氨酯,项目研究可为高职院校"中国国际大学生创新大赛"、校企合作、创新创业项目提供经验借鉴.
Research on Technological Innovation of Vocational College Students—Take the"Research on China's First Hyperbranched Waterborne Polyurethane New Material"for Example
This project aims to improve the performance of waterborne polyurethane,address the market demand for higher performance waterborne polyurethane,and make a breakthrough in high-temperature resistance and corrosion prevention.The basic idea is to use water as the medium and use hyperbranching technology to graft copolymer of organic fluorine for hyperbranching reaction.During the hyperbranching process,organic fluorine and carbon nanotubes are introduced to improve their hydropho-bicity and endow them with anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance.Looking for solutions from synthetic raw materials and additives,utilizing stable synthesis technology and introducing substances with high-temperature and anti-corrosion properties to jointly produce waterborne polyurethane.Project research can provide experience and reference for the"China International College Student Innovation Competition",school enterprise cooperation,and innovation and entrepreneurship projects in vocational colleges.
