高职高专院校毕业生自主创业现状与对策研究——以河南省为例

摘要
高职高专院校毕业生占河南省高校毕业生比例逐年上升,解决毕业生就业问题迫在眉睫.2023年河南省应届高校毕业生规模将再创新高,高校毕业生就业创业工作将面临巨大挑战.该文基于国家对毕业生自主创业大力支持的背景,通过对河南省部分高职高专院校应届和往届毕业生进行调研,分析高职高专院校毕业生自主创业存在的问题,并对此提出一些可行的对策和建议.
Abstract
The proportion of graduates from vocational colleges in Henan Province has been increasing year by year,and it is urgent to solve the employment problem of graduates.In 2023,the scale of fresh college graduates in Henan Province will reach a new high,and the employment and entrepreneurship work of college graduates will face huge challenges.This article is based on the strong support of the country for graduates'independent entrepreneurship.Through a survey of recent graduates from some vocational colleges in Henan Province,it analyzes the problems existing in their independent entrepreneurship and proposes some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
