Research on the Transformation of Vocational College Students from Oncampus Entrepreneurship to Marketization Development—Taking Yunsi Digital Media as an Example
By studying relevant literature that the success rate of entrepreneurship among current domestic college students is about 5%,and the failure of college student entrepreneurship has become a common phenomenon.More than 80%of college students'entrepreneurship projects have fail to transition from campus incubation to market-oriented development,that is,they cannot adapt to the market rules,leading to business failure.The main reasons are that college students have insufficient entre-preneurial experience,limited technology,unstable team structure,and limited business expansion channels outside the campus market,so that the college students'entrepreneurial projects cannot withstand the market test.This study takes Yunsimedia as the research object and proposes corresponding strategies based on,its entrepreneurial reality good at using policy support,cohesion of brand power,improving technical level and building high-quality teams,etc.,in order to help improve the success rate of college students'entrepreneurship.
