基于学前教育专业学生实践能力发展的案例教学改革探索

摘要
高校学前教育专业主要任务是培养幼儿园一线教师.针对目前高校学前教育专业培养的学生实践能力不足的问题,该文通过分析案例教学在学前教育专业学生实践能力培养中的作用及开展案例教学存在的问题,探索有效改革措施:树立新的知识观、师生观和教学观,提升教师案例教学素养,优化案例教学流程,完善案例教学支持系统等,以加强对学生实践能力的培养,提高学生的专业实践能力.
Abstract
The main task of pre-school education major in colleges and universities is to train front-line teachers in kinder-gartens.In view of the problem of insufficient practical ability of students trained by pre-school education major in colleges and universities at present,this paper analyzes the role of case method in the cultivation of practical ability of pre-school education major students and the problems existing in carrying out case method,and explores effective reform measures:establish new knowledge outlook,teacher-student outlook and teaching outlook,improve teachers'case method literacy,optimize the case method process and improve the case method support system to strengthen the cultivation of students'practical ability and improve their professional practical ability.
