近年来，在国家的大力推动和扶持下，中药生产现代化快速发展，中药的种植和生产已逐步实现规模化，走向集约化、工业化。中药产业的快速发展势必会对中药学相关专业人员的综合素质提出更高的要求。面对中药产业的快速发展和人才培养模式的滞后，为使中药学专业人才培养目标与中药产业集群发展相适应，必须改变传统实践教学模式，推动课程体系和教学方法改革，通过教学模式创新，培养中药产业集群发展所需的应用型、复合型、创新型人才，促进中药产业与国际接轨。
Exploration on Practical Teaching Reform of Training Applied Talents Needed for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Cluster
Recently,the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)production has been developing rapidly under the promotion and support of the state.The planting and production of TCM has gradually realized large-scale,and gradually moved towards intensification and industrialization in all parts of the country.The rapid development of the Chinese medicine industry is bound to put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of professionals.Facing the rapid development opportunities and the lag of the talent training model,the traditional talents teaching model must be reformed to align the training objectives of pharmacy professionals with the development of industrial clusters,which could promote the reform of the curriculum system and teaching methods.The application-oriented person with the skilled,versatile and innovative ability,needed for the development of TCM industry cluster,will be cultivated through the innovation of teaching,which could promote TCM industry to be in line with international standards.
