Research on the Exploration and Path of Teaching Supervision in Teaching Quality Improvement in Colleges and Universities
The teaching supervision system plays a crucial role in ensuring the orderly conduct of higher education and serves as an effective means to enhance the quality of teaching.By emphasizing the development of the teaching supervision work,higher education institutions can not only robustly monitor and guide teaching quality but also inspire both educators and students to harness greater innovative potential,thereby laying a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of China's educational quality.This paper begins with the necessity of establishing a comprehensive system of teaching supervision in universities.It delves into the constraints currently affecting the enhancement of teaching quality in existing supervisory work and explores solutions to these challenges in the context of the reformed roles and responsibilities of teaching supervision.This research under-scores the importance of supervision in monitoring teaching quality,providing feedback,and guiding teaching methods,aiming for a steady advancement in teaching quality.The findings suggest that by refining and strengthening the teaching supervision system,universities can achieve continuous and stable improvement in teaching quality,further promoting the refinement and advancement of China's higher education system.
