Optimization of Talent Training Path in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Skilled Society

摘要
该文分析了技能型社会特征,对照特征提炼了高职学生核心素养的组成要素,包括知识技能、文化、创新等多个方面,并分析各要素的功能和相互关系.鉴于其整体形成是一个复杂的动态变化过程,在明确核心素养结构的基础上生成"支持—积累—体验—交互"机制,探索主体和资源协同优化、体系联动优化、文化建设优化等路径,提高高职学生核心素养培育效果,提升服务技能型社会建设的能力.
Abstract
Analyze the characteristics of a skilled society,extract the constituent elements of core competencies of vocational college students by comparing them,including knowledge,culture,innovation,and other aspects,and analyze the functions and interrelationships of each element.Given that its overall formation is a complex and dynamic process,a"support accumulation experience interaction"mechanism is generated based on clarifying the structure of core competencies,exploring paths such as optimizing subject and resource coordination,optimizing system linkage,and optimizing cultural construction,in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cultivating core competencies of vocational students and enhance their ability to build a service-oriented society.
