新文科背景下应用型质量人才培养的探索与实践

摘要
在质量强国、质量强桂背景下,质量人才培养是保障高质量发展的关键.该文针对新型交叉学科专业——质量管理工程培养目标定位难、课程融合与协同性不足、教学资源缺乏等问题,基于质量人才岗位需求覆盖行业多、范围广的特点,以产业学院建设为依托,构建"1+3+1"人才培养模式,创建以质量管理、质量工程为本,电气、机械和食品3个工程应用,配以标准化工程微专业的学科交叉融合的"2+3+1"应用型课程体系.同时,打通课程与产业链,以提高实践能力为导向,以职业胜任力为目标,共编应用型课程教材、共建校内外实践基地,实施项目任务驱动并拓宽行业实践,探索并实践"1+1+N"模式下的应用型质量人才培养新范式.
Abstract
Under the background of the strong China of quality and the strong Guangxi Province of quality,quality personnel training is the key to ensure high-quality development.In view of the problems such as the difficulty in positioning the training objectives of the new interdisciplinary specialty——quality management engineering,the lack of curriculum integration and synergy,and the lack of teaching resources,based on the characteristics that the demand for quality talents covers many indus-tries and a wide range,based on the construction of industrial colleges,the"1+3 +1"talent training model is constructed,and the quality management and quality engineering oriented training model is created.Included with electrical,mechanical and food engineering applications,the"2+3+1"application-oriented curriculum system have been established coupled with the micro major of standardized engineering in the interdisciplinary integration.At the same time,to improve practical ability as the guidance,professional competency as the goal,co-compile application-oriented course materials,build practice bases inside and outside the school,implement project task-driven and expand industry practice,explore and practice the"1+1+N"model of application-ori-ented quality personnel training new paradigm.
