基于产教融合的产业学院人才培养模式研究——以广东药科大学智能康复产业学院为例

摘要
该文围绕高校产业学院产教融合人才培养模式展开研究,讨论了产教融合的现状,从培养条件、培养理念、培养机制等方面探讨了人才培养面临的问题,提出了医药类高校产教融合人才培养模式建设的任务,在培养模式、专业建设、课程设置、实训基地、师资力量、产学研用服务平台等方面明确了具体要求,并以广东药科大学智能康复产业学院为例,阐述了医药类高校产业学院产教融合创新人才培养的实施与成效,以期为国内外同类高校提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper conducts research on the talent cultivation mode of industry education integration in university industry colleges,discusses the current situation of industry education integration,and explores the problems faced in talent cultivation from the aspects of cultivation conditions,cultivation concepts,and cultivation mechanisms.It proposes the construction tasks of industry education integration talent cultivation model in pharmaceutical universities.Specific requirements have been clarified in terms of cultivation mode,major construction,curriculum design,practical training bases,teacher strength,industry,academia,research and application service platform etc.Taking the Intelligent Rehabilitation Industry College of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example,this article elaborates on the implementation and effectiveness of cultivating innovative talents through the integration of industry and education in the industry college of Pharmaceutical University,with the aim of providing reference for similar universities at home and abroad.
