Suggestions for Promoting the "1+X" Certificate of Grain Production and Management in Family Farms of Seed Majors in Vocational Colleges
In order to implement the implementation plan of vocational education reform,China has proposed the pilot work of launching a"diploma+several vocational skill level certificates"("1+X"certificates)system in vocational colleges and applied undergraduate universities.Providing more attention to to guide vocational colleges to integrate with local industrial development needs can accelerate the reform of talent cultivation models in vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent cultivation.This article starts from the current development status of the"1+X"certificate for family farm grain production and operation in vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in promoting the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system,and proposes suggestions to strengthen school enterprise cooperation,do a good job in training,build a curriculum system,optimize talent cultivation plans and assessment methods,etc,in order to provide reference for the seed major in vocational colleges to carry out the pilot work of family farm grain production and operation"1+X"certificate.
