Changes of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation Mode for Tourism Management Majors under the New Development Idea
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is of great significance to the comprehensive and sustainable development of students and the construction of an innovative country.Taking the five development concepts of"innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing"as the perspective,we analyze its importance and realization in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tourism management majors.Based on the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation mode in tourism management under the new development concept,a systematic framework of talent cultivation mode is constructed.Elaborate the components of the system framework,including the cultivation goal,cultivation main line,teaching system,practice system,guarantee system and other aspects.Finally,summarize the operation mechanism of the innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode of tourism management under the new development concept.
