基于创新型人才培养的教学模式探究——以蛋白质与酶工程课堂教学为例

蛋白质与酶工程是生物技术专业的一门专业核心课,课程综合性强,理论与实际联系密切,对创新型专业人才的培养非常重要。在课程教学中,贯彻"以学生为中心"的理念,从课程内容、教学过程及教学方法3个角度进行课程教学体系设计,构建了"模块化+分层次+全过程"的教学模式,实现了从3个维度夯实学生的理论知识、培养学生的实践思维及创新精神、提升学生的创新实践能力和学习能动性,体现出课程教学的前沿性、挑战性和创造性。
Exploration of Teaching Mode for Cultivating Innovative Talents—Modularized Design&Multi-Level Teaching&Learning Process-Oriented Assessment in Protein and Enzyme Engineering Classes
Protein and enzyme engineering is a professional core course in biotechnology majors.The core course with high comprehensiveness plays an important role in cultivating innovative special talents,and its theory is closely related to practice.Based on the concept of"student-centered",the course system for teaching is designed from the perspective of course content,teaching process and methods.A new pattern of teaching is established,which contains modularized design of course content,multi-level teaching for ability development,and learning process-oriented assessment.Then the requirements for forefront,challenging and originality could be satisfied.In the case of students,the teaching pattern could consolidate their knowledge,exercise their thinking ability of practice and innovation,as well as enhance their learning initiative and develop their innovative ability for practice.
