Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Talent Education and Training
Vocational colleges are the base for cultivating and transporting practical talents for society,responsible for meeting the needs of social talents and promoting economic construction.Compared with traditional apprenticeship and conven-tional school education models,modern apprenticeship system has more prominent advantages.Vocational colleges should reasonably apply modern apprenticeship system to talent education and training,in order to achieve the effect and purpose of improving the quality of talent education and training.This article first briefly explains the concept and advantages of modern apprenticeship system,and then puts forward some exploratory suggestions on the application of modern apprenticeship system in vocational talent education and training,hoping to provide reference for the practice of talent education and training in vocational colleges.
