Exploration and Practice of the Teaching Mode of the School-Enterprise Practice Summer Camp for Economic and Management Specialty in Local Universities
The external environment, such as social economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading, has a profound impact on the training of talents in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, the promotion of the national indus-try-education integration strategy also puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in in higher education. The majors of business & management related majors in local universities belong to the applied liberal arts, and more attention should be paid to the training of talents in line with social needs. This paper outlines the trend of regional university of applied talents training of administration, analyzes the dilemma of the local university professional talent training of administration, puts forward the"col-leges-enterprise practice summer camp"mode, and summarizes the practical content and implementation effect of"colleges-en-terprise practice summer camp"by taking Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example.
