Exploring the Model of Selecting and Nurturing Top Innovative Talents in Business Administration by "Integrating Science and Education + Undergraduate Articulation"
The combination of two educational models,"integration of science and education"and"undergraduate articu-lation", plays an important role in the training of innovative talents. This paper explores the selection and nurturing mode of top innovative talents from the perspective of"integration of science and education"and"articulation between undergraduate and master's degree", taking the specialized discipline of business administration as the scope of study. This paper constructs four stages of"inventory-formation-development-practice"and proposes three exploration mechanisms of"foundation-selection and cultivation model-security mechanism"to provide theoretical basis and countermeasure support for the selection and cultivation of top innovative talents in business administration. Promoting undergraduate articulation and collaborative innovation in talent cultivation reform through practical teaching academics, realizing the unity of science and education integration and collaborative education.
