摘要

大学生创新创业综合素养的持续提升,是高校培育创新型人才的重要内容.深化创新创业教育改革,提升新时期大学生"敢闯会创"素质能力,既是高校人才培养现实所需,也是未来国家发展之要.上海工程技术大学电子电气工程学院基于"三全育人"的改革要求和价值共创的教育启示,积极构建以教"启智"、以行"扶智"、以赛"践智"、以言"拓智"、以思"优智"的"智电优创"育才模式,拓展育人品牌效应,推进创新创业协同育人体系的提质增优和稳步发展,并形成了较好的育人成效和社会效应.

Abstract

Continuous improvement of college students'comprehensive quality of innovation and entrepreneurship is an important content for colleges to cultivate innovative talents. Deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and improving college students'ability to"dare to venture and create"in the new era is not only necessary for college personnel training, but also essential for future national development. Based on the reform requirements for education of"full staff-whole process, all-round"and the educational enlightenment of"value co-creation", School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering in SUES actively construct the education mode of electronic and electrical innovation talents, through ways of"teaching-projects- competitions-publicity-research". This model expands the brand effect of education, promotes the quality improvement and steady development of the collaborative education system, and has formed a good education effect and social response.
