中文摘要：新时代社会主义现代化建设对高层次应用型人才的需求促进了专业学位研究生教育的发展。为加快适应国家对人才结构的调整，更好地促进安全学科专业学位研究生发展，该文对安全学科专业学位研究生量增质升实现途径进行了研究，从研究生招生计划的制定、校企协同育人、完善人才培养体系、建设强大的师资队伍、加大学位论文的监管5个方面保证安全工程专业学位研究生数量增加的同时培养质量也稳步提升。

外文摘要：The demand for high-level applied talents in the socialist modernization has promoted the development of professional degree graduate education. In order to accelerate the adjustment of the national talent structure and better promote the development of graduate students majoring in safety science and engineering, this paper examines the ways to achieve the quantitative increase and qualitative increase of the graduate students in safety science and engineering. From the formulation of graduate enrollment plan, the coordination of university-enterprise education, the improvement of talent training system, the construction of a strong teaching team, to ensure the number of safety engineering graduate students and the supervision of disser-tations.
