创新(实验)思维在高校研究生教育中的应用实践

在高校"三全育人"的背景下,培养学生的高阶思维能力对研究生主动学习能力的提升至关重要。该文通过引入高阶(实验)思维能力,引导研究生自主反思、分析、评价与创新思考,提升了本单位气相色谱分析测试机组的机台绩效。同时,在高阶思维训练方法的启发下,学生论文发表数量与质量显著提升,2022年第四季度研究生基于气相色谱机组设备发表SCI论文41篇,与2021年第一季度相比提升122%,高阶(实验)思维的引导模式效应显著。该方法可进一步在高校分析测试中心进行推广,提高研究生的学术独立能力与实验效率,对高校研究生培养有重要意义。
Application and Practice of Innovative (Experimental) Thinking in Graduate Education in Universities
In the context of"three complete education"in colleges and universities, it is very important to cultivate students'high-level thinking ability to improve graduate students'active learning ability. By introducing advanced (experimental) thinking abilities, graduate students are guided to reflect, analyze, evaluate, and innovate, thereby improving the machine perfor-mance of our gas chromatography analysis and testing unit. At the same time, inspired by the high-order thinking training method, the number and quality of student paper publications have significantly improved. In the fourth quarter of 2022, graduate students published 41 SCI papers based on gas chromatography equipment, an increase of 122% compared to the first quarter before 2021. The guiding mode effect of high-order (experimental) thinking is significant. This method can be further promoted in the analysis and testing centers of universities, improving the academic and experimental efficiency of graduate students, and is of great signif-icance for the cultivation of graduate students in universities.
