中文摘要：党的二十大报告对就业优先战略做出了全面部署，为地方高校大学生职业发展与就业创业指导指明了新的方向，也提出了新的要求。因此，地方高校应该充分认识教学改革的重要性，深入分析新形势下大学生职业发展与就业创业指导课堂教学中出现的突出问题，有针对性地从丰富课程教学内容、推进教学方法改革、完善教学考核方式、加强师资队伍建设等方面进行改革，有效提高教学质量，为推动就业优先战略助力。

外文摘要：The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a comprehensive deployment of the employment priority strategy, pointing out new directions and requirements for the career development and employment and entrepreneurship guidance of local university students. Therefore, local universities should fully recognize the importance of teaching reform, deeply analyze the prominent problems that arise in the classroom teaching of college students'career devel-opment, employment and entrepreneurship guidance under the new situation, and carry out targeted reforms from enriching course teaching content, promoting teaching method reform, improving teaching assessment methods, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, effectively improving teaching quality, and assisting in promoting the employment priority strategy.
