安全科学与工程学科研究生课程体系改革实践——以山东科技大学为例

为进一步提高安全科学与工程学科研究生创新人才的培养质量，该文以山东科技大学安全科学与工程研究生培养研究为例，通过分析研究生培养中存在的问题，提出了"需求牵引—突出特色—产研保障—'双创'驱动"培养方案，从培养体系创新、"师资—平台"创新和培养模式创新3个方面全面阐释该方案的优势。在该模式推动下，经过10多年的改革实践，取得了丰硕成果，全方位满足了国家安全生产和职业健康领域对高端人才的需求。
Reform Practice of Safety Science and Engineering Postgraduate Curriculum System——A Case Study of Shandong University of Science and Technology
In order to further improve the training quality of innovative talents for graduate students in safety science and engineering discipline, this paper takes the research on the training of graduate students in safety science and engineering of Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example, analyzes the existing problems in the training of graduate students, and puts forward the training system of"demand traction-prominent features-production and research support-mass innovation drive". Comprehensively explain the advantages of this plan from three aspects: innovation in the training system, innovation in the"teacher platform", and innovation in the training mode. Driven by this model, after more than ten years of reform and practice, fruitful results have been achieved, fully meeting the demand for high-end talents in the fields of national safety production and occupational health.
