Exploration of the"U-G-S"Joint Training Mechanism for Undergraduate Normal University Students
The joint cultivation of undergraduate normal university students requires collaborative cooperation among univer-sities, local governments, and primary and secondary schools, innovative collaborative cultivation mechanisms, and the construction of an open, collaborative, and interconnected modern education system with the participation of three parties. After defining the relevant concepts and connotations of"U-G-S", this paper analyzes the current operation status of the"U-G-S"joint training mechanism for normal students, analyzes the existing problems in the joint training mechanism, and finally proposes the optimi-zation path of the"U-G-S"joint training operation mechanism for normal students.
