政校企三位一体协同培养新商科人才探析——以经济统计专业为例

在新商科背景下,高校专业课程亟待改革创新,推进实验课程建设具有重要意义。政校企协同培养有助于完善新商科人才培养中的实践要求,因此,有必要探索政校企三位一体协同培养新商科人才的模式。该文以广东财经大学经济统计专业为例,从优化课程体系、融合政校企联合培养和建立云上课堂入手,探索新商科背景下政校企三位一体协同培养的教学模式改革措施,并通过对课程改革效果分析,结合当前课程中的不足,提出政校企三位一体协同培养新商科人才的建议。
Analysis on the Trinity of "Government-College-Enterprise" to Cultivate New Business Talents——Based on the Major of Economic Statistics
Under the background of new business, the professional courses in universities urgently need reform and innovation, it is of great significance to promote the construction of experimental courses. Collaborative training between government, schools, and enterprises can help improve the practical requirements for cultivating new business talents, therefore, it is necessary to explore the mode of cultivating new business talents jointly by the three government, school and enterprise. Taking the major of Economic Statistics of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper starts from three parts: optimizing the curriculum system, integrating the government-university-enterprise joint training and establishing the cloud-based classroom, and explores the specific measures to integrate the government-university-enterprise trinity collaborative training teaching mode under the background of new business science. By analyzing the effect of the curriculum reform and combining with the shortcomings of the current curriculum, the paper puts forward the suggestion of cultivating new business talents with the trinity of government-university-enterprise.
