中国特色学徒制与"双创"教育的耦合对培养复合型高技术技能人才具有重要意义.该文为提升中国特色学徒制培养理念,提高学徒制在"双创"领域的育人效果,基于对中国特色学徒制与"双创"教育内涵、耦合性及耦合条件的分析,提出耦合路径,即在"政校行企"多方协同下,实现基于中国特色学徒制的实践平台、师资团队、课程教学等层面的耦合.
Connotation Coupling and Path Research of Apprenticeship System with Chinese Characteristics and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education
The coupling of apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and innovation and entrepreneurship education is of great significance to cultivate high-technical skill talents. In order to enhance the cultivation concept of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics and improve the effect of apprenticeship in the field of dual innovation, based on the analysis of the connotation and coupling conditions, this paper propose the coupling path. That is realize the practical platform, faculty team, curriculum and other levels of coupling, based on apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics with the collaboration of"gov-ernment, school, industry and enterprise".
