Research on the Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teaching Staff in Shaanxi Universities under the Background of"Qin Chuangyuan"
With the promotion of"Qin Chuangyuan"in Shaanxi Province, the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff in Shaanxi universities has increasingly become a focus of attention. This article analyzes the current situation and problems in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff in Shaanxi universities, and proposes solutions and suggestions. The study found that there are common problems in the structure of teachers, training mechanisms, incentive mecha-nisms, and training opportunities among various universities. To address these issues, strategies and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve training mechanisms, improve incentive mechanisms, and increase training opportunities. This study provides support and guarantee for the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff in Shaanxi universities, and promotes the construction process of"Qin Chuangyuan".
