Research on the Improvement of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model for College Students——Taking the Archives Department of Hanshan Normal University as an Example
In order to better cultivate innovative talents, starting from the teaching practice of archives major, innovation and entrepreneurship education is deeply explored through questionnaire survey and research. The survey results show that students are generally satisfied with the current education model of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, but there is room for improvement. According to the survey results, some suggestions for curriculum improvement were put forward, such as focusing on the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional characteristics, constructing an evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and building a school-enterprise joint teaching team and practical training base, so as to effectively improve the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and employment competitiveness of archives students.
