加强教师队伍建设是教育强国的根基,创新高职教师诊断与改进机制,有利于提升高职院校教师的素质和能力,更好地落实高职教育立德树人根本任务。该文以国家"双高"院校广东机电职业技术学院为例,使用SWOT分析法明晰师资队伍发展基础,通过制定目标链和标准链,创新设计"8字质量改进螺旋",建设诊改数据保障平台,形成教师诊断与改进的质量保障机制,从而在师资层面为优化高职院校人才培养质量保障体系提供有力补充。
Research on the Innovation of Teachers'Diagnosis and Improvement Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Guangdong Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College as an Example
Strengthening the construction of teachers is the foundation of strong education, and innovating the diagnosis and improvement mechanism of higher vocational teachers is conducive to improving the quality and ability of higher vocational teachers, and better implementing the fundamental task of higher vocational education. Taking Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example, SWOT analysis is used to clarify the basis of teacher team development, through the formulation of target chain and standard chain, the innovative design of"8-character quality improvement spiral", the construction of diagnosis and reform data guarantee platform, and the formation of a quality guarantee mechanism for teacher diagnosis and improvement. It provides a powerful supplement to optimize the quality assurance system of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
