Research on the Quality Evaluation System for Vocational Talents Adapting to Social Needs with the Participation of School Enterprise Collaborators——Taking Engineering Cost as an Example
In response to the failure of the engineering cost professional talent quality evaluation system in vocational colleges to effectively play its role and the difficulty in reflecting the positive participate of school enterprise cooperation in the evaluation process, this article takes further promoting vocational education reform as the core idea, deepening the integration of industry and education, aiming to cultivate technical and skilled talents who meet social needs, and optimizing the operating mechanism of the talent quality evaluation system, taking the engineering cost major of Wuhan Optics Valley Vocational College as an example, this article elaborates on the specific implementation path. The goal of this plan is for enterprises and schools to jointly comprehensively evaluate students'comprehensive qualities and professional abilities, guide education and teaching reform through feedback on evaluation results, and form a dynamic adjustment system to enhance the soft power of modern vocational education.
