产教融合专业学位研究生实践育人质量保障体系研究
Research on the Quality Assurance System for Practical Education of Graduate Students in the Integration of Industry and Education

摘要
专业学位研究生培养的目标是为各行业培养高素质、高技能、具有良好职业素养的高层次应用型专门人才,实践环节的教学质量直接决定培养目标能否实现.基于此,该文对当前产教融合专业学位研究生实践质量保障方面存在的问题和原因进行剖析,并从实践管理制度、实践课程设置、实践单位责任意识、实践成效考核标准等方面提出了相应的解决方案.
Abstract
The training goal of professional degree graduate students is to cultivate high-level applied specialized talents with high quality,high skills,and good professional literacy for enterprises.The quality of practical teaching directly determines whether the training goal can be achieved.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems and root causes of the current quality assurance of practice for graduate students majoring in the integration of industry and education,and proposes corresponding solutions from the aspects of practice management system,practice course design,practice unit responsibility awareness,and practice effectiveness assessment standards.
