工程管理专业"数字+"实践教学改革与成效分析

数字技术的快速发展正在加快建筑行业数字化转型进程,迫切需要既具备扎实的基础知识、又能满足行业数字化转型需求的数字化工程管理人才。为满足建筑行业对数字化工程管理人才的需求,该文从设计面向项目全生命周期的教学内容、搭建虚实结合的教学平台、构建"4+1+1+1+N"的立体式教学模式3个方面提出工程管理专业"数字+"实践教学改革的实施路径。通过华南理工大学多年的"数字+"教学实践及学生反馈,该实践教学体系在教学内容认可度、能力提升、教学模式满意度等方面显现出了一定的优势。
Teaching Reform and Effectiveness Analysis of the"Digital+"Practical Teaching of Engineering Management Specialty
The construction industry is undergoing a rapid digital transformation that requires digital engineering management talents with solid foundational knowledge and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the industry.To meet this demand,this paper proposes a"digital+"practical teaching reform for engineering management majors,which consists of three aspects:designing teaching contents that cover the whole life cycle of projects,building a teaching platform that integrates virtual and real scenarios,and constructing a three-dimensional teaching mode of"4+1+1+1+N".Based on the"digital+"teaching practice at South China University of Technology and the feedback from students,this practical teaching system has demonstrated its advan-tages in enhancing the relevance of teaching contents,improving the capabilities,and increasing the satisfaction of teaching mode.
