Research on the Construction of University Teacher Evaluation System Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process—Take Chongqing Technology and Business University as an Example
College teachers shoulder the important mission of personnel training.The construction of a reasonable evalu-ation system for college teachers can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and enhance the core competitiveness of schools.Taking Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation system of university teachers.The evaluation system includes three first-level indicators including ideology and moral character,education and teaching,and academic contribution,and includes 11 second-level indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the reasonable weights of each index are determined and the ratio of indicators is optimized,so as to provide reference for universities to build a reasonable teacher evaluation system.
