产教融合背景下药品生物技术专业高素质技能人才培养的改革与探索

摘要
针对人才培养同质化、专业特色不突出等问题,药品生物技术专业靶向对接广东生物医药与健康产业,与广州百济神州生物制药有限公司等企业开展深度合作,在人才定位、课程体系、实践教学、订单培养、创新教育等方面做出改革和调整;确立专业人才培养定位为:面向广东生物制药企业,校企协同培养生物制药高素质技能人才,明确毕业生就业岗位为细胞培养、分离纯化、药物制剂和药品检验;通过对人才培养的改革与探索,使培养的毕业生更加符合生物制药企业用人需求,为药品生物技术专业的发展探明了道路.
Abstract
In view of the homogeneity of personnel training and the lack of outstanding professional characteristics,the major of pharmaceutical biotechnology connected with biomedical and health industry in Guangdong,cooperated with Guangzhou Beigene Bio-pharmaceutical Company,and made reform and adjustment in the aspects of talent positioning,curriculum system,practical teaching,order training,and innovative education.Establish the orientation of professional personnel training:for biopharmaceu-tical enterprises in Guangdong,school and enterprise cooperate to cultivate high-quality biopharmaceutical talents,and employment positions of graduates are cell culture,isolation and purification,pharmaceutical preparations and drug testing.Through the reform and exploration of personnel training,the graduates are more in line with the employment needs of biopharmaceutical enterprises,and the road had been proved for the development of pharmaceutical biotechnology.
