摘要
临床医学专业坚持"厚基础、强能力"的人才培养理念,根据职业岗位需求,培养德智体全面发展、适应社会主义现代化建设需要的应用型医学专科人才.临床医学专业毕业生在从事常见病、多发病的预防、诊疗、康复指导等工作时,需要具备扎实的专业知识、良好的职业素养、较强的创新意识.校企协同育人不仅能提高临床医学生实践技能,亦是培养其实践精神、创新意识的有效措施.该文在校企协同育人模式下探索基于校企合作的"12345"育人模式,为培养具备创新能力的高级应用型临床医学人才提供理论参考.
Abstract
Clinical medicine majors adhere to the talent cultivation concept of"olid foundation and strong abilities",and cultivate applied medical professionals with comprehensive moral,intellectual,and physical development that meet the needs of socialist modernization construction according to the needs of professional positions.Graduates of clinical medicine majors need to possess solid professional knowledge,good professional ethics,and strong innovation awareness in the prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation guidance of common and frequently occurring diseases.Collaborative education between schools and enterprises can not only improve the practical skills of clinical medical students,but also serve as an effective measure to cultivate their practical spirit and innovative consciousness.This article explores the"12345"education model based on school enterprise cooperation under the school enterprise collaborative education model,providing theoretical reference for cultivating advanced applied clinical medical talents with innovative abilities.
