基于学科竞赛的应用型本科院校人才培养探索

摘要
学科竞赛对于大学生综合素质的培养具有重要作用,尤其是对于应用型本科院校而言,其注重培养学生实践创新能力,加强学科竞赛和实战型教学团队建设是非常有效的途径.就目前情况来看,部分应用型本科院校在人才培养过程中还存在一些问题,对学科竞赛也缺乏清晰的认识,缺少完善的制度和管理体系.因此,在应用型本科生培养过程中要分析存在的问题,认识学科竞赛对教学改革、教学质量提高和人才培养的重要性,开展专业学科竞赛,培养应用型高素质人才,更好地服务社会.
Abstract
Subject competitions play an important role in cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students,especially in applied undergraduate colleges that focus on cultivating students'practical and innovative abilities.Strengthening subject compe-titions and the construction of practical teaching teams will be a very effective way.From the current situation,some applica-tion-oriented undergraduate colleges still have some problems in the talent cultivation process,lack a clear understanding of subject competitions,and lack a complete system and management system.Therefore,in the process of cultivating application-ori-ented undergraduate students,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems,recognize the importance of subject competitions for teaching reform,teaching quality improvement,and talent cultivation,do a good job in professional subject competitions,cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents,and better serve society.
