Research on the Path of Teaching Ability Improvement of Teachers in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering Science
The new engineering discipline arises from the new round of scientific and technological revolution and indus-trial transformation and upgrading,which is characterized by cross-border,integration and innovation,and it clarifies the direction of talent cultivation in applied colleges and universities aiming at training excellent engineers and innovative scientific and technological talents.The teaching ability of college teachers is an important guarantee for the quality of talent training,and the construction of new engineering disciplines has put forward new requirements for the teaching ability of college teachers.Aiming at the current teaching ability of teachers in applied colleges and universities,there are problems such as insufficient teaching ability of course ideology and politics,weak knowledge integration ability,and insufficient engineering practice experience.It is proposed to build an engineering practice platform,play the function of a teacher development center,set up a community learning team,optimize the teacher evaluation system and other paths to improve teachers'teaching ability,which provides new ideas for the construction of new engineering disciplines as well as the construction of faculty in applied colleges and universities.
