基于科技特派员模式的理工科研究生培养质量提升路径

摘要
近年来,我国理工科研究生的数量不断增加,但整体培养质量仍需提高.究其原因,是由于传统的教学模式无法满足现代社会的需求.因此,需要寻找一种新的方式来改善理工科研究生的培养质量.科技特派员模式作为一种新型的教学方式,可以为理工科研究生的培养带来新的机遇和挑战.该文探讨科技特派员模式在理工科研究生培养中的应用及其在培养学生能力、提升培养质量方面的作用.
Abstract
In recent years,the number of graduate students in STEM fields in China has been increasing.However,there have been concerns about the overall quality of their education.This can be attributed to issues with the graduate student admission system as well as the limitations of traditional teaching methods that fail to meet the demands of modern society.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new approaches to improve the quality of graduate education in STEM fields.The science and technology special envoy model,as a novel teaching approach,provides new opportunities and challenges for the training of graduate students in these disciplines.This paper aims to examine the application of the science and technology special envoy model in graduate education in STEM fields and its role in enhancing students'capabilities and improving the overall quality of education.
