Research on Improving College Students'Innovative Ability under the Student-Faculty Interaction—Based on a National Land Survey Competition Project
As reserve talents for implementing innovation driven development strategies,the cultivation of innovative abilities among college students is particularly important.This study uses a national survey competition project as a research case to explore how to leverage the positive effects of student-faculty interaction and enhance college students'innovation ability.Research has found that students'spontaneity is the foundation of student-teacher interaction;The differences in students'expectations and initiative towards themselves result in significant differences in their participation process and effectiveness;Teachers pay more attention to the research project itself,and the frequency of interaction may vary depending on individual differences among students.Overall,scientific research participation promotes substantive student-faculty interaction,enhancing the innovation ability of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the participation and support of students,teachers and society in scien-tific research projects.
