师生沟通对创新创业竞赛全过程影响的研究
Study on the Influence of Teacher-Student Communication on the Whole Process of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

摘要
近年来,大学生创新创业教育在高等教育中日益被重视,但是,目前高校创新创业教育存在教师能力不足的问题,限制了高校创新创业教育质量的提升.因此,研究高校创新创业教师胜任力及提升路径具有重要价值.该文从师生沟通的角度研究创新创业竞赛过程不同环节中师生沟通的内容,以及师生沟通对竞赛全过程不同环节的影响;对参加过创新创业竞赛的大学生进行问卷调查,调查结果显示:师生间任务型沟通和社交型沟通越多,参赛学生在竞赛全过程各环节中表现越好.研究结论对于提升创新创业教师的沟通能力和胜任力,促进创新创业教育中的师生沟通,提升创新创业竞赛的教育质量,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义.
Abstract
In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students has been paid more and more attention in higher education,but there is a shortage of teachers'ability in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,which greatly limits the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great value to study the competence and promotion path of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in universities.From the perspective of teacher-student communication,the paper studies the content of teacher-student communication in different steps of the process of innovation and entrepreneurship competition,as well as the influence of teach-er-student communication on different steps in the whole process of the competition.A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students who have participated in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition,and the analysis of the survey results shows that the more task-based communication and social communication between teachers and students,the better the students will perform in the whole process of the competition.The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the communication ability and competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,promoting the communication between teachers and students in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improving the education quality of innovation and entrepreneurship competition.
