摘要
创新驱动发展战略是党的二十大报告提出的建设科技强国的重要举措.大学生创新能力培养是一项系统化工程,需要协同政策、组织、制度、人才和资金等诸多要素.该文基于协同创新视角,剖析了目前高校大学生创新能力培养在协同理念、协同机制、工作体系和保障措施等方面存在的问题,构建了集文化、组织、制度、师资、平台、场地6 项保障为一体的高校大学生创新能力培育体系,为高校加强大学生创新人才培养提供相对系统的工作思路和借鉴措施.
Abstract
The innovation driven strategy is an important measure to build a technological powerhouse.The cultivation of college students'innovative ability is a systematic project that requires the coordination of many factors such as policies,organi-zations,systems,talents,and funds.Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative abilities of college students in terms of collaborative concepts,mechanisms,work systems,and guarantee measures.A system for cultivating innovative abilities of college students has been constructed,which integrates six guarantees:culture,organization,system,teachers,platforms,and venues.This provides a relatively systematic work approach and measures for universities to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents for college students.
