数字时代民办高校智能建造人才培养研究

在数字时代背景下，传统建筑行业面临转型和升级，计算机技术、人工智能、物联网等技术与传统建筑行业的有机融合推动着智能建造的快速发展。作为我国高等教育重要部分之一的民办高校培养满足行业升级需要的智能建造人才，显得尤为重要和紧迫。该文通过分析社会发展对智能建造人才的需求，指出民办高校在人才培养中存在的问题，并从课程建设、师资建设、校企合作、协同育人等方面探索人才培养机制，为高校智能建造专业人才培养提供思路。
Research on Talent Training of Intelligent Construction Professionals in Private Colleges and Universities in the Digital Era
In the context of the digital era,the traditional construction industry is facing transformation and upgrading.The organic integration of computer technology,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and other technologies with traditional construction industry is driving the vigorous development of intelligent construction.As one of the important parts of in China's higher education system,it is particularly important and urgent for private universities to cultivate intelligent construction profes-sionals who meet the needs of industry upgrading.This article analyzes the demand for intelligent construction professionals in response to social development,points out the problems in talent cultivation in private universities,and explores talent cultivation mechanisms from the perspectives of curriculum development,faculty construction,school-enterprise cooperation,and collaborative education.It aims to provide ideas for the cultivation of intelligent construction professionals in higher education institutions.
