高职科产教融合型"双创"实践基地全域人才培养模式研究

高质量建设创新创业(简称"双创")实践基地是高职院校推进"双创"教育改革、培育高素质人才的重要引擎。现阶段，多数高职院校在依托"双创"实践基地进行内涵建设以培养高素质人才方面普遍存在培养机制不健全、师资结构不合理、培养路径不清晰等突出问题。深化产教融合、强化科教融汇逐渐成为推动"双创"实践基地内涵建设的有力支撑。该文探究产教融合与科教融汇的机制融合机理，应用于"双创"实践基地的内涵建设，构建科产教融合型"双创"实践基地全域人才培养模式，提出"理实一体"人才培养机制、"四导师"师资匹配保障机制以及"五创融合"人才培养路径，以期为高职院校通过"双创"实践基地建设进行高素质人才培养提供有益参考及借鉴。
Research on the Whole-Fields Talents Training Mode of Practical Bases of Integration of Science&Industry&Education for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
High-quality construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practical base is an important engine for higher vocational colleges to promote educational reform and cultivate high-quality talents.At present,there are many outstanding problems in the cultivation of high-quality talents in some higher vocational colleges,such as the imperfect mechanism of talents cultivation,the unreasonable structure of teachers and the unclear cultivation paths.Deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening the integration of science and education has gradually become a powerful support for promoting the construction of the connotation of the practical bases of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The authors explore whole-fields talents training mode of integration of science and industry and education,apply it to the construction of the connotation of the practical bases.The talents training mode also puts forward the training mechanism of"integration of theory and reality",guarantees mechanism of"four-dimensions tutors"and the training paths of"five-innovation and integration".It is expected to provide beneficial reference for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality talents through the construction of practical bases for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
