中文摘要：临床病理住培是重要的毕业后教育阶段，旨在培养合格的病理医师。目前，临床病理住培授课课时少、内容多，传统病理教学方法存在诸多局限和弊端，因此，改革势在必行。随着网络信息技术的发展，信息化、数字化教学手段逐渐应用于教学实践中，相关研究亦成为教育界关注的热点。数字化病理切片库的建立将给病理教学带来革新，建立规范的数字病理切片平台充实临床病理住培专业学习，是实践教学和住院医师培养的重要内容，该文就数字病理切片库平台建设及其在临床病理住培中的应用进行阐述，以期为临床病理住培教学提供参考。

外文摘要：Clinical pathology residency training is an important post graduation education stage aimed at cultivating qualified pathologists.At present,there are fewer teaching hours and more content in clinical pathology residency training,and tradi-tional pathology teaching methods have many limitations and drawbacks,therefore,reform is imperative.With the development of information network technology,information technology and digital teaching methods are gradually being applied in teaching practice,and research on them has become a hot topic in the education industry.The establishment of a digital pathology slice library will bring innovation to pathology teaching.How to establish a standardized digital pathology slice platform to enrich the learning of clinical pathology residency training is an important content of practical teaching and resident physician training.This article elaborates on the construction of a digital pathology slice library platform and its application in clinical pathology residency training,in order to provide reference for clinical pathology residency teaching.
