Construction of "Five-Sphere Integrated" Teaching Performance Evaluation System of Local Colleges in the New Era—Take Guangdong Ocean University as an Example
It is a practical problem in the reform of management system of colleges that how to evaluate teachers'teaching performance scientifically and reasonably,and stimulate the inner motivation of teachers to devote to teaching,so as to better guide teachers to fulfill their duties of teaching and educating under the background of deepening educational evaluation reform in the new era.From a practical point of view,there are some problems in the evaluation of teachers'teaching performance,such as the evaluation index does not fully reflect the core elements of teaching and educating,the evaluation criteria are simple,the incentive effect is not good enough,the implementation and feedback mechanism of evaluation is not sound enough.Guangdong Ocean University explored and constructed"five-sphere integrated"teaching performance evaluation system problem-oriented,with the goal of promoting the development of teachers.It provides practical reference for local colleges to improve teachers'teaching performance evaluation system.
